- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The surgery was inefficient. They did not process my prescription and told the pharmacy that I had not given my routine blood test when I had given my blood two weeks ago. Then they made me run back to the pharmacy twice before issuing my prescription and making me wait for an hour. The receptionist at the surgery was extremely rude and wasn't listening clearly so I had to repeat myself twice. She made me run around without asking all questions she should have asked. She also said that the pharmacy had not sent my prescription when they had already sent it twice. Dont know what has happened to their service.by sarah majidNovember 25, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It really is the worst surgery I've been too or heard of! NEVER on time, an average of 30 mins late every time. One doctor tried to prescribe me aspirin 4 times AFTER I said I'm fatally allergic to it. Another doctor said that I'd just have to put up with my kidney pain. My wife has similar treatment, a doctor FORGOT to send an intimate swab off for tests and got told it might be cos she's getting old about a problem that was later diagnosed as a serious issue.
